Growing up, he noticed that your "USA" failed as a democracy as well as a republic, despite what the country's theme song claimed. Kenneth got fed up and decided to take charge. Soon, it will be revealed what your year in the USA during 2020 will look like. But first, you need what is a called a "future history fill." 2012 - the world didn't end, but Obama was re-elected. 2015 - US economy crashes, 40% unemployment. 2016 - new president, Ron Paul. 2018 - Iran takes out all of Texas and Utah. 2019 - unemployment at 34%, environmental disasters in most states. 2020 - the good ol' USA has taken enough hits and needs a hero. Kenneth steals the election, thanks to the his above average college performance in speech and sociology. 2020 what the problems were, how he solved them THE ECONOMY 95% unemployment rate. You want to work? Too bad, robots do it all for us. The 5% employed monitor and fix the robots and machines. the 95% get an even split of the nation's wealth, digitally. Workers get the same amount, but the incentive of higher luxury housing and golden yachts. Sounds kind of like communism, I know, but it's called Nnethism in 2020, actually. ENTERTAINMENT Music thriving, if you can make music then go on ahead. Plenty of places to perform and record, and plenty of people willing to listen. Video games and sports are doing fine as well, not much has changed here. There has been a change in the film industry however. with the 2018 release box office hit of "Big Boobs & Sex, Explosions, and Swearing Volume 5 in 3-D" Kenneth noticed something was horribly wrong, and became determined to stop this. Losing complete faith in the common (wo)man's freedom of choice, he proposed and passed "NMSFEA - No More Shitty Films Ever Again", which programmed all robo-police to deactivate any recording material. Cameras now are only able to take stills.
