H. P. L.
http://takmovie.tv/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/id-a-2011-720p-bluray-dts-x264-ebp-publichd-img-2888150.jpg It's a Danish movie. The plot is the usual amnesiac hero, only this time the hero is a hottie. She wakes up in a river in France with 6 millions euro in a sack. Who is she? She doesn't remember. But she is hot. Danger ensues. Enjoyable.

Again. Just love it! I really wanted to like this movie more, but it just didn't do it for me. Great visuals though.
treeduck
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/a3/ProjectKill.jpgThis film was so bad that it's hard to believe I got through it. Leslie Nielson's career must have been on life support after this one, lucky for him he had Airplane around the corner to save it. Nancy Kwan and Gary Lockwood can do nothing to save it either, there's too much terrible dialogue, scenes that seem to have had the air sucked out of them, unconvincing fight scenes and stunts that had me guffawing out loud, a song that had me gnashing my teeth in despair, and a plot that almost zombified me with it's plodding dullness, plus I just couldn't take Nielson seriously after all those comedies. I foolishly watched this for the prospect of The Naked Gun's Lt. Dreben facing off against Star Trek's Gary Mitchell!

H. P. L.
http://i.imgur.com/XssG5.jpgLove this!! Can't go wrong with a movie that plays the WHOLE Court of the Crimson King song in a sequence shot in Battersea Power Station. I watched this:http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/1540/the47ronin.jpg It took me 4 days to watch it all: more than 4 hours of samurai movie and not a single sword is drawn. This is the 1942 version of the 47 Ronins storyline: it focuses on ritual, honor and duty. Thus, it's 4 hours of people kneeling down, sitting on floors, getting up, moving to another room, sitting down on floors and talking. Visually beautiful, the main actor has charisma in spades. invisible airwave
I went and saw the new movie out "Life of Pi". It was different for sure....not great but good! I'm gonna see that in 3D soon...and I RARELY do that for movies. Only recent ones I've done that for were Hugo and Avatar. I've got $9 left on my Regal gift card so I'm gonna use it for that. treeduck
http://i.imgur.com/5ZCHk.jpg Peter Cushing up to his old tricks again! Policeman: "What do you take us for, fools??"Cushing: "YES!!" Apparently this is one of Martin Scorcese's favourite films, he chose it as one of his faves at a 1987 National theatre festival. He liked that they'd discovered the soul! treeduck
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/4f/Moonrise_Kingdom_FilmPoster.jpeg I didn't like this one, it just didn't grab me. And the kids in this talked too fast and ended up just mumbling. Good adult cast, disappointing film.
