THen I usually hammer them to get em thin. THen I take a chunk of colbyjack cheese, wrap around a jalapeno. Then, I wrap the Cheese/Jalapeno combo with the chicken strip into a ball, then wrap that with bacon. Cook on Grill (use tooth pick or two to keep it together). Every Saturday morning I make cinnamon rolls and fry up an entire package of bacon for the fam. I'm thinking, why don't I kill two birds with one stone. I presume the yum, and calorie, factor to be quite high. And delicious. Lorraine Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 (edited) Since this thread is about bacon, my favorite bacon is the cheapest bacon you can buy where I live: Daily's Ends and Pieces. I suspect there will come a day when I will no longer be able to chow it down every Sunday morning. It is nice and fatty and has the best taste I've ever tasted. It is probably clogging up my arteries with every piece I eat. So, I am making the most of it while I can.
