My boyfriend cooked Italian sausage, broccoli, and green beans on Saturday. My mother made ham and chicken for Easter. I made elbow macaroni topped with cauliflower, sundried tomatoes, chicken, basil and garlic sauteed in olive oil this week.

I made myself a small quesadilla for supper today.

Which is odd, since I usually have very small dinners.

But this cold has made me hungry- while at the same time lowering my appetite. Yes, it is possible- they are two different things.

I will have to modify the cooking method tomorrow.
