They aren't in fashion anymore, but my reading glasses look very similar to those. I think they're cute. My co-workers get quite a laugh out of them though.

I wore the grunge look pretty well, even though Geddy had started going for Bono's look by then.
gangsterfurious
"The highlight of a recent dinner was the proximity of Geddy Lee, who enthusiastically consumed a 32-ounce rib-eye at the next table. I wondered if his was overcooked, too." http://www.torontolife.com/daily-dish/features-dish/2012/09/20/gastropub-crawl/2/ Another cute article about Geddy.

EagleMoon
Wouldn't a 32 ounce steak be about the size of a dinner plate? Usually the ones you get out in restaurants are like 4-12 ounce something like that. Edited January 11, 2014 by EagleMoon

Filet and can't finish it so Geddy is getting four times what I eat.

For such a small guy Geddy sure can eat! 32oz seems like a sizable portion of steak!Out of curiosity, I checked the Oxley menu and the only Rib Eye I could locate was 14 oz.... I'm wondering if the 32 oz size is a mistake. - edited to apologize, as geddysgal13 points out in the post below, it's the Saint restaurant. (and I mistakenly thought it was the Oxley - sorry). So I checked the Saint menu - currently I see a 12 oz striploin and a 35 oz tomahawk chop... Edited January 12, 2014 by RushCanuck
geddysgal13
The person who saw Geddy saw him at The Saint restaurant. Not sure if they have a 32 oz or not. That is a lot of steak.

geddysgal13
Maybe the writer didn't mean ounces? Don't Canadians use the metric system? Maybe he meant 32 oz but its really only half that? Just wondering because in American 32oz of steak seems like a lot.

I think young Geddy was adorable. He had the prettiest hair and skin, and his eyes were beautiful before he started covering them up.

I definitely agree that age suits Geddy. Though 'less ugly' isn't exactly the term I'd use
