Per2112
Hi Graham. Seen your artwork before and wow. Love it. Thanks for joining in. Wondering about the title "Digital art" is these done on a computer, thought it was airbrush.
Graham_W
Howdy Per, glad you like it All my artwork is painted freehand on PC using an A5 Wacom Intuos 2 pad and custom brushes. Same kind of work process and time as traditional media such as airbrush or oils, but with precision detail, huge scale, and no mess

workingcinderellaman
Very nice! You definitely have talent. What were the originals done in? Edit: I just looked at the title of the thread. Are these completely digital or do you use painting medium? My brother is a fine artist who paints mostly in oils. I didn't know that you could do that digitally. Thanx for the comments guys Yes all my work is digital, but I used to paint with oils so I paint as if using traditional media with a Wacom graphics pad and pen. Less turpentine! UPDATE 21/04/10: Just finished sketching out the line work for the Barchetta painting, my version is based on no model in particular but borrows details from several of the 25 that were built. http://www.macrographs.com/graphics/barchetta_line.jpg And in rough composition: http://www.macrographs.com/graphics/barchetta_linecomp.jpg Edited April 21, 2010 by Graham_W
