I only got it five or six months ago and it's already falling apart physically. It's a slider, and the slider mechanism is breaking, so the two pieces are about to separate from each other. The charging/data port on the 800w is f***ed and I'm using the Pre to charge my battery (it takes the same one!) I'm not too thrilled about not having a Windows Mobile device...
