iluvgeddy05
I thought it was cute. Can't wait for the movie, out the day after my birthday (no, I'm not expecting it to be great, I just want to see Rush).

job
Yup. Segel is a big fan. In the old show Freaks & Geeks, his character was a H.S. aged drummer who loved Rush.

ashpkt
The guy who writes for the Playlist blog can kiss my @ss. I wish all the critics of Neil's lyrics would give us an example of what they DO consider good or even great. http://theplaylist.blogspot.com/2009/03/ex...-paul-rudd.html
ReRushed
QUOTE (ashpkt @ Mar 12 2009, 12:22 PM) The guy who writes for the Playlist blog can kiss my @ss. I wish all the critics of Neil's lyrics would give us an example of what they DO consider good or even great. http://theplaylist.blogspot.com/2009/03/ex...-paul-rudd.html It's "auto-pilot" criticism. Don't let it get you down! Neil Peart has been writing lyrics for over 30 years, there's bound to be some clinkers. Focus on a dozen songs out of 150 or so and, surprise, he's a bad lyricist! Funny enough, Limelight is among his best lyrics, IMO.
