Midway Hawker Posted September 3, 2005 Author Share Posted September 3, 2005 Today was a "work from home" day, so that means the drinking started at around 1:30pm... Margaritas all afternoon.. Then it was off to BevMo for a tasty beer selection.. I bought a six pack of Red Hook IPA, one bottle of Arogant Bastard, and one bottle of Dead Guy Ale.... I drank the AB (mighty fine) and two of the IPA's, I'm saving the Dead Guy as I've never tried it before.. Probably tomorrow night I'll try it. As for the taste, it's got the typical porter thing going on...dark and rich tasting like a stout, but with an ale-like consistency. This particular one is very smoky tasting, with a hint of espresso.
