$179k is cheap for the NY metro area .....it looks low mainteance - the perfect solution for someone who wants to be in the city but not in an apt

That house was just on small spaces on the hgtv channel... I missed the first part to see where it was located...

 

but it blew me away as to see how the used every inch of that house where it counts rofl3.gif
