Why them? What is the big deal with these guys? My brother and sister-in-law swears by them for their kids. I tried watching it with them and thought it was so awful..

It's fine for you to post that here, actually. TV discussion is fine. May I leave it in here?

Your call, my man. Sounds cool to me.

I still don't like the Wiggles though.

I have a 6 year old, & she's never liked the Wiggles.

My girls went through their stint of Wiggle watching. It seems to have passed now. I actually get embarrassed for them laugh.gif I would never be able to go out there and do that.

I hear they own much of the production rights and they make a bundle from the show.

Yes! My sons went through a short period of watching, and I felt the SAME way...how can four grown men ACT like that?

It's the music. It has hypnotic powers over some children. When you have a frenetic 2-year-old and you find ANYTHING that makes him sit still for 20 minutes, you will love it.

Kinda like how "Joe" from Blues Clues could be really creepy if he wasn't on a kid's show.

What can I say ... I have a four year old niece who adores him!!

Back in my day there was "Could be you" or whatever with Commander Tom. The Electric Company rocked - but not as good as Sesame Street.

Reading Rainbow was cool, but I was way too old by then.

Well, I'll still take the Wiggles over the Teletubbies and the frickin' Boo-Bah's any day...those were banned in our house... *shudder*

I'm happy my daughter is past the "Wiggles" stage of life...These guys are just as irritating as BARNEY 062802puke_prv.gif
