Excellent use of shutter speeds, to create light effects. Great combo pic.

It definitely captures that feeling of downtown at night, with the movement, the color, and the commercial logos.

Follow right up the tip of the cigar and you still see the subject in the picture in a centered view.  Overall, amazing focus - and still a perfect view of the model.  What an amazing, professional shot.

The title was pretty funny.

Check out the candidness shot of this pic. Now can you write a story on this one or what? What an amazing capture. Notice the angle and the zoom away from the subjects, yet the subject matter of the photo is about them. I am so glad I met this photographer today.

This snowboarder was taken by mine and D-13's pal, Slaam.

Sports photography is damn hard - you have to have a kick ass camera, and you have to be quick, and steady at the same time. Plus you have to have great anticipation. A lot of the low end digital cameras react so slowly after every shot. Having the "Sport mode" feature really helps, as well as investing in faster RAM.

One of my favourite sports photographers is Rhiannon of Rivendell wub.gif

Not everything needs to be done in Photoshop to create amazing effects. Check out the equipment this guy used to capture this amazing shot (mind you all his equipment is all greek to me).

That is an amazing shot!! Thanks for posting Barney smile.gif

This has got to be the most amazing captures I've ever seen on that site. Look at the emotion on the girl, the positioning of the bird. It's so hard to believe you would think it was a photomanip.

Wow. Nice shot indeed.

launchpad, those pictures are great. The yellow duck one is funny, and of course the woman with the skirt. laugh.gif
