Here are the final details for the pre-show meetup.

 

Thanks to BodyElectric and RushDoggie for finding the best place for this. The meetup will be at about 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon at Salmon Creek Park in Vancouver, WA. This is a busy park and reservations are not possible, so we'll just have to snag a picnic table or two if not the shelter. Parking is $2. Although the park is right next to I-5, there is not an exit ramp there. See the map.

 

From the south on I-5 get off at NE 99th St and turn right (east) one big block then turn left (north) on NE Hwy 99 (different street). Then turn left (west) on NE 117th St. Just after going under the freeway it's a right turn into the park.

 

From the north get off at Hwy 99 South and turn right on NE 117th.

 

The Park and Ride is on NE 134th St between I-5 and Hwy 99 and the venue is slightly off the top of the map at NE 179th St.

 

Here's a closer view of the park. There are a few batches of picnic tables on the big lawn area west of the lake.

 

Bring you own food and beverages. There are concessions at the park as well.
