Don't discount the dome factor. Dome teams don't do well in big games outdoors. I know it's quirky but it is a trend. The Bears score points in many different ways. Returns from kickoffs, punts and defensively. If the Bears even get the slightest lead, the Colts will be in big trouble. The Bears will use their punishing run attack against the Colts SOFT defense. Make no mistake about it, the Colts are SOFT against the run. Especially in the middle. Manning still has a choke left in him. Unless it is stormy, I do not believe the fact that it isn't a dome will be a factor. It is the Superbowl and the field will be tight. But, who knows ... I just hope it is a good game. I know that it's merely a trend but can you name one dome team that has won a Super Bowl? I can't think of one. Rams True. And they were the exception with all offense and no defense. Wait a minute, that sounds just like the Colts.

Just curious? It's debatable. I think that Urlacher is an overall better LB. His coverage skills supersede Seau's.

anagramking
As both teams fumbled and fumbled in the beginning, I was reminded that the Colts had won Super Bowl V, which was nicknamed the "Comedy of Errors." Joking apart I thought Manning would do okay again tonight, afterall they played the Ravens in Baltimore and beat them, I watched that game and Manning wasn't sacked once, correct me if I'm wrong but against the Bears D he wasn't sacked again tonight. lerxt1990
The trends were all wrong. A dome team won outside in the pouring rain, the key factor wasnt Manning as much as their running and the LINESMEN who did one hell of a blocking job, opening holes big enough for a 747. Manning did not choke, Grossman is still a bona fide bum and all the conventional wisdom went down the toilet.
