Yesterday's bizzarro BS starts right where it left off.....bloop single, then a single, then a bunt that the Brewers flubbed, then a smash off of pitcher Wade Miley's leg, then a 3-run homer, then a throwing error, then Angel Hernandez calls a phantom balk..... Principled Man
Brewers 2 Cardinals 0 1st inning: Brewers center fielder Blake Perkins robs Nootbaar of a 3-run homer. Brewers finally get to a dominating Sonny Gray in the 7th inning. Brewers SWEEP the evil Cardinals in St. Louis. I LOVE BASEBALL.

Principled Man
Brewers' catcher William Contreras got away with a phantom tag on Michael Taylor, who bunted just in front of home plate. Contreras grabbed the ball with his throwing hand and tagged the confused Taylor with his empty glove. Umps didn't notice.

Wendelstedt said. "I don't care who said it. You're gone!" "What do you mean you don't care?" Boone screamed as he rushed out onto the field. "I did not say a word. It was up above our dugout. Bulls---! Bulls---! I didn't say anything. I did not say anything, Hunter. I did not say a f---ing thing." 1
Nova Carmina
After getting bailed out by a late home run two nights ago, the Cardinals lose 14-1. Cardinals fans are losing their minds; I haven't checked Vegas to see if Kid Marmol is one of the favorites to lose his job first, but it might be worth a flutter. Royals, meanwhile, continue to play winning baseball!

Principled Man
For the 3rd straight game, an umpire has totally screwed the Brewers. This one is by far the worst. Brewers are up 3-0. Tampa CF Jose Siri hits a home run to make it 3-1. No big deal. No conflicts that one could see. Freddy Peralta is cruising along, up 6-1, and he accidentally hits Siri in the leg on a 3-0 count. The home plate umpire ejects Peralta with no warnings, no reason to do anything. WTF?! Manager Pat Murphy blew a gasket! He was >>this close<< to getting rough with the ump. The F-Bombs were plentiful! Edited May 1 by Principled Man
