Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Spain, Portugal and Morocco are your hosts for the 2030 World Cup.

Right now, FIFA could have the cure for Alzheimer's and I would still think they're the worst people on earth. This is not as bad as Russia or Dubai, but this is pandering and bribe-seeking of the most blatant and soul-crushing sort. Stupid, stupid, stupid decision.

AZ Alkmaar 1 Legia 0  The most exciting stuff came after the game when two Legia players, Josue and Pankov got separated from their teammates. They asked a security guard to open the gate leading to their team bus. The guard repeatedly told the players he doesn't have the authority to do so and needs to get the O.K. Apparently the two attacked the guard resulting in a broken arm and a concussion. Josue and Pankov were arrested and spent the night in jail. The Dutch police determined that Pankov was the only aggressor and allowed Josue to go free. To be continued...

Pankov released. UEFA will investigate...

Cracovia 2 Jagiellonia 4   :moon: The start to both halves, catastrophic. Bishop Stanislav will not rest easy tonight.

Liverpool again goes behind, again goes up 2-1, but then -- instead of scoring that next goal to achieve the desired 3-1 victory -- forgets their lines and BHA score. LFC dodged a mishap, though, no question.

Less tattoos, more practice, Joao Pedro.

Faroe Islands 0 Poland 2  A dismal performance, especially with the Islands down one electrician for most of the second half.

Ronaldo sentenced to 99 lashes for kissing a girl on the forehead in Iran, that is if he ever returns to that beautiful country. PPV?

I'd pay $49.95 to see that . . .

Yeah, the little bastards think of themselves as the oldest Polish club, when we all know it was Cracovia.

In other news, Liverpool sputtered and kept grinding, and eventually derbyed as usual, winning 2-0.

RIP Sir Robert Charlton.

Glad he retired from England before the 1974 World Cup qualifiers.  :rose:

Podbeskidzie 2 Wisla 1 :moon:The game began without a mark for the penalty spot in the box. When it came time for the home team to take the kick, the ref had to do the pace from the goal line and use his invisible chalk to show the proper measurement. Amateur hour.

Cracovia 1 Lech 1  We salvage a point late but we're losing too many of them. I don't understand why we can't see Rakoczy and Myszor together on the field. Instead, we go with Makuch who hasn't scored in over two months.

Polish Cup: Cracovia 1 Zaglebie 0  Had to sweat it out, game winner in the 85th minute. Still, no overtime, which helps because the next game is on Monday.
