Which underwhelms me the least?

 

I guess it's Mastodon.

 

Of the two bands, I'm a bigger FM fan. I love Mastodon's early music up to Blood Mountain the absolute most, but afterwards they plateaued for me, and stayed consistently good rather than great.

 

Meanwhile, I love FM from the early seventies up to Time. So they are easily my fave of the two bands.

Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac are pretty good and I like the stuff and his guitaring.

Mastodon and Crack The Skye are both monumental so Mastodon gets both votes.
