BastillePark Posted March 21 Share Posted March 21 A new co-worker moved here in August and hasn't changed her license plates or got a driver's license for this state and I told her I didn't care but I thought that had to be done within 30 days of moving. She said she was keeping her house and residency in New Jersey so she didn't have to change. I don't think she understands how that works and her husband used to be a cop so he should know. There is an agreement to launch a microtransit service in my city and a neighboring city, but that can only happen if Rock Region Metro can purchase the vehicles for it, and right now they're having supply chain issues. Walking is getting harder for me, but it's something that my boyfriend could do all day. I think we'd need to pay a $300 pet deposit to do dog sitting/boarding, but that would be cool. Relatively few residents go to city council meetings. Showing up has a huge impact.
