IbanezJem
But the greatest technical solo in my opinion - like I don`t get how this happening! - is the solo from Steve Morse when he guested for Lynyrd Skynyrd back in 1987. The solo starts at 3.04, but the entire song is always worth a listen.
ReRushed
Elliot Easton has a knack for playing solos that perfectly fit the song. He's a very underrated player.

OldRUSHfan
Jethro Tull- "Back-Door Angels" off of "War Child" Almost the whole song is a solo! Martin Barre outdoes himself on this tune! Edited March 18, 2019 by OldRUSHfan
Entre_Perpetuo
There's a lot of great Ace Frehley guitar solos Not unknown at all, but I don’t think the Alive version of Rock and Roll all Nite gets enough credit for having one of the single best guitar solos ever. Short, simple, a bit repetitive, and somehow I don’t think Hendrix could’ve put a better single note in it. Perfect.
