Gave it to Long Live Rock'n'Roll Probably because I just finished listening to Gates Of Babylon. Yeah still miss you, Dio. Been listening to a pile of Dio lately. Led the charge at work with Lock Up The Wolves. (Very bluesy.)

Still miss Lemmy. Played a pile of 'Head at work on his anno.

I love some of the songs from Down To Earth, but I'm going with Rising ..

Why am I so connected to so many people on here? This is crazy! I know we all share the same passion for music. It's not all about RUSH for many of us real rockers!!!

I absolutely and NOT an fan of Graham Bonnett. BUT!

I listened to "Down To Earth" today in my car. Musically it's excellent. His voice just bugs me. I like him in MSG though. So I guess it's just me!!!

RONNIE JAMES WILL LIVE FOREVER!!!!!!

STARGAZER!!!!

Your post has me on the brink of tears.

Yes I get it man.

I'm cranking RISING right now!!! OMG!!!!!! It still sends chills through my flesh and bones!!!

God I tried three times in my life to meet Lemmy at The Rainbow in Hollywood. Funny right? RAINBOW.

Anyway, overtime I went there to find him he was on tour!!! I TRIED SO HARD!!!!

Fate, God, Destiny, Luck, Karma gave me a plan b instead.

As I was leaving the Rainbow with my EX Ron Jeremy was coming out too after he ate dinner there.

I said.... "Hey Ron, you are a Legend, I am a Ginger Lynn fan too!" He looked at me and said... "Thanks." The then turned to my ex wife and grabbed her. He said.... "Wow, you are so kissable." Then he kissed on the cheek. Fukk man! Crazy!

I'm rambling! Damn my ex wife was a keeper.

Shit happens........

THANK GOD FOR ROCK AND ROLL!

You are a smart girl, and you get my schtick!

I'm very easy to figure out!!

I'm really not in the mood to play "Head Games" tonight.

Love,

Foreigner

Rainbow shines on Rising! :smoke:

Hey Earl, have you ever heard "Deutschland Tournee 1976"? It's a Japanese 6CD box set which contains 3 full shows from their 1976 German tour. If you're able to grab it, do it. It's a great live document!!! :haz:

Rising

Long Live Rock'n'Roll

Debut

Stranger in Us All

Down To Earth

Difficult to Cure

Straight Between the Eyes

Bent Out of Shape

Live in Munich 1977 is also a great live album and one of the top 70s live DVD

Rising. Easily the strongest album from any of the eras.

Starstruck sometimes gets killed as filler, but I love it. Always hated that on the 70s live albums they'd play the first verse but not the whole song. Better another tune than a 45 minute Mistreated or Catch the Rainbow (Little Wing).

I voted for Rainbow Rising out of sheer epic-ness.

However, out of all the Rainbows albums I listen the Down to Earth the most.

And I love to watch Rainbow live in San Antonio Texas '82 and Japan '84 with Joe Lynn Turner.

{Puts on flame suit} I love Dio-era Rainbow, but I don't like Dio's 'dungeons and dragons' lyrics.

Hahaha! As a Heavy Metal Expert I get it. I'm not mad and I don't need to flame you.

Ronnie's obsession with Rainbows did grow old fast.

Alas, Ronnie was a sweetheart of a man.

It is what it is.

There is fault and criticism in all things ROCK.

But at the end of the day....

WHO GIVES A FUKK!

ROCK AND ROLL WILL OUTLIVE US!

LONG LIVE ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!!!

LIVE EVIL
