  1. Neopets. http://aviationblog.dallasnews.com/files/2013/04/Johnny-in-the-control-tower.jpg
  2. Give it time dude. I didn't get one until I had 10,000 post in the bag. A member title is something you just can't force...Kind of like a fart. You force it too much, you may not like the outcome. ;) Phew... Only 616 left then!
  3. At first, I thought this was a thread asking if we prefer South Park or The Simpsons. South Park all the way.
  4. I don't know about you guys, but our high temperature today was a toasty 0F. Much better than our high of -18F a few days ago!
  5. I found out I'll be going to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania... Because I've been selected to the semi-final round in the trumpet ensemble division of the National Trumpet Competition!
  6. You mean THIS one? http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Casu_marzu No this is wayyyyy worse! Richard Cheese? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Qtu1ZQJdC8
  7. I thought it was going to be human milk with regular cheese cultures. That's pretty weird. This is even weirder.
  8. I totally see where you're coming from on the fanservice thing... It was especially suspicious at times in season 3.
  9. It wasn't anything special, just like the show itself. It's really nothing to be crazily obsessed with. To be honest, it's a nice show and all, but all the girly features like unicorns and rainbows just kill it for me. I liked it a lot...There were things that were a bit rushed or glossed over, but there was plenty to make up for it. There's a collaborative review of it on Youtube by a couple fans and one thing they pointed out that I agree with is that the dialogue int his episode — particularly when the Mane Six is each experiencing the ill effects of the Everfree magic — feels so natural, it's crazy to think that someone sat down and wrote it out at a computer. Now that's not to say that this is the only show where that happens, or that it happens all the time on this show, but it's pretty uncommon in a children's show. I was also really happy with Discord. It's still hard to figure out his motives, and it doesn't really feel like he's reformed. The animation quality was a nice step up from the last season. And how about Luna's transformation? One of the more intense moments in the show; again, something uncommon in a children's show... Very fun to watch!
  10. I think he gets into spats with people on other boards, so he may be having too much fun elsewhere. It's also possible he's become captivated by the Twilight series again, and can't stop reading long enough to post. Maybe he's being entranced by My Little Pony. It's only a matter of time. :fury:
  11. Season 4 premiere.... What did y'all think???? :D
  12. My dad and I went to the Milwaukee show... We have a signed copy of this so we can relive the experience :haz:
  13. This is hard... My favorites change very often, so I'll go with the groups who have made the biggest impacts on me: 1. Rush 2. Genesis 3. Protest the Hero 4. Radiohead 5. Primus
  14. I love it. I will write a far more detailed opinion when I've heard it more and when I have time.
  15. I think my new favorite is Plato's Tripartite. Probably Rody's best vocal track so far.
  16. In the Aeroplane Over the Sea by Neutral Milk Hotel. It took 6 years. I The biggest things I struggled with were the simplicity and the.... unusual audio production. Also, the singer's voice is an acquired taste, but that's what makes it so expressive.
  17. I'm only about halfway through, and the music is fantastic as always, but it seems on first glance like the lyrics took a bit of a hit this time around. Not a big fan of the unequivocal political statements about.... pitbulls.
  18. That's for distribution. The whole point of the campaign was so that they wouldn't have to spend their tour just trying to pay back the record company. They now owe the company distributing their album nothing. It's a much different situation than most bands find themselves in. Ok, I see that point and I'm liking what I'm seeing on the video and the perks and was shocked and glad to see a band raise a buttload of money on word of mouth and crowd-funding and all, but don't they have to pay a certain fee to a record label to distribute their product to stores, or is there something I'm missing? Just a curious question. I'm sure the record company keeps a cut, but the band will be able to keep a lot more because they aren't in any debt to the company before they start.
  19. This is insane. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fFAKrIntzY

  21. YES No, I'm just being silly actually. Ahhh, so there it is- the truth comes out! The truth about what?
  22. It's been a while guys. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VS39mNinWks/UhJiWRRmhxI/AAAAAAABgFI/kVTvKduawmU/s1600/132579593127.png
  23. I don't look so crazy now having Vapor Trails as my favorite album, do I? :7up:
