Time Machine was awesome! You complainers sound more and more like whiny little kids (and I have two of those already). Probably why, more often than not, I tune your posts out. ;) We need a tantrum throwing forum. And it needs a lock on the door.

:) I'm very cracked, as I can't compare to your brokenness, but yes...I have felt the draw to this band for all of the same reasons. Welcome aboard!

I'm still trying to find my niche here...but I'm limited on time so that makes it tough. I do enjoy what I read and participate in (albeit in a very limited capacity). I love the band and it's nice to know that when I need to be around other fans, this place is here. :)

6 hours to Newark on a whim. Was completely worth it!

I have my own Rush playlist on my iPod. I've listened to them, almost exclusively, for the past three years. I'll listen to other stuff here and there for a day or so, but Rush has just spoiled my brain for other music.

My husband had a free front row ticket to see them when they released their last album with Tate (wasn't that just a year or two ago?) and he listened to that new album and refused to go. LOL

I've been watching the episodes over again in preparation. It's a fun ride.

My husband went two years ago and a friend of mine when the past two years (surprised they came two years in a row to our little town) and they had a great time. I'm not much of a PF fan, so I opted to stay home. :)

Wasn't a flub, per se, but in Newark Neil's bass drum pedal was all wonky and part of The Big Money was without a bass pedal. They stopped for a moment after the song and fixed it. Sadly it wasn't long enough to be entertained by Alex. :(

The store prices are pretty much the prices at the concert. And you get to pay sales tax there. ;)

My mistake...I recalled incorrectly.

I didn't see watery eyes...not in a sad way, anyhow. Maybe these guys just have watery eyes. Neil was naturally uncomfortable when he mentioned "those gone." He gets that way anytime that sensitive issue comes up and, as always, he quickly fled from the moment and went on with his speech.

They played Xanadu during Time Machine and he did not have a double neck. I thought they gave those up a LONG time ago, anyway. Never gonna happen again. Deal.

Not sure...but my daughter broke the head of her humerus on Saturday. She fell off of her horse during a competition and landed on her shoulder. She was having a hard time moving it, but wasn't in as much pain as when she broke her elbow last year. We thought she was just sore, but took her on Sunday for an x-ray and sure enough...broken. So, you could have anything show on that MRI. LOL Good luck and get better soon!

Loved it after a few listens. Loved it even more after I finished the book. The songs take on a whole new emotional ride after you read the book.

Not a fan of O, so I couldn't care less. Sorry.

I actually have a couple of female friends who like Rush! I showed one of them CA and they looooved it. I was a very happy man. I have one girlfriend that likes them and has attended shows...and it's because her husband and her best friend's husband love the band. All the rest are guy friends and strangely enough we all go to church together. Ha!
