    Here's the thing about Tom Sawyer... I like it. It's a good song. Definitely among the best mainstream numbers I've ever listened to. It proves that they can set aside their 7-minute plus awesomeness and reduce it down to four... commercially. But let's face it; there are better Rush songs out there!

    Counterparts is a pretty decent album, considering the difference in sound to their previous record, Roll the Bones. I fear that if Rush continued to transgress their sound into the more 'pop' direction, they would have ended up being sell outs. They saved themselves by saying "Okay, we're going back to basics!" and recorded Counterparts pretty much. The album? me gusta

    All of that wasted money could be used for a worthy cause ... such as saving the spotted owl. That does it and my mind is made up so don't anyone here try to talk me out of this. I am scratching all three of them off of my Christmas card list!!! Why would you have all three of them on your Christmas Card list in the first place?
