  1. I don't care what size a penis is if its attached to a certain lead singer...

  2. Yuck. Not yuck. Not to overuse a clever quip, but I'd bang him like a loose screen door in a wind storm. I adore that man.

  3. I like to pop into the Neil and Alex threads from time to time. Because, honestly, I find them all attractive. Geddy is the only one in danger of excessive love-making in my path, though. But I certainly wouldn't kick the other two outta bed for eating crackers, lemme tell ya!

  5. Everything Very cool. It sounds like everything is going great for you and your family right now. :) Thank you :) Yeah, so far so good over here :) MOM CAME HOME TODAY!!! she's still very weak but has been laughing and smiling all day. Lucy pounced as soon as she walked through the door lol to see them both teary-eyed and hugging each other was very sweet <3 Jeff is preparing to buy a laptop for me! Ooohhhh fancy ;) hehe my very own computer. That's insane! AND we just found out that the higher-ups at his job have approved a "double raise" for him. It goes into effect at the end of this month. :)

Not to overuse a clever quip, but I'd bang him like a loose screen door in a wind storm. I adore that man. Even more yuck. More for us. And I have my own variation... I say "I'd bang him like a screen door slamming in a hurricane." lol. Oh yes...

  7. I think he has a good idea. When we went to go see Geddy and Alex at a Q&A in Los Angeles, right before the induction, my husband ran up and got Geddy's un-used water bottle for me and I've had it on the pile of books near my bed ever since, next to my drumsticks from Neil and a Geddy-doll that my friend Addy made for me. He's also become accustomed to the Geddy wallpaper on my phone and even made the shirtless Geddy picture my user icon on our shared Mac lol.

  8. It's weird how they're all hot in completely different ways, isn't it? It gets to where I'd go for a different one depending on my mood. Of course the techniques I'd use on each would be completely different as well. As I've said before they are all sexy as hell...

  9. before I was a rush fan I skipped all of side 2 on moving pictures if I ever listened to it, don't feel bad. when I first heard permanent waves, freewill was my favorite tune, now it's natural science or jacob's ladder. I had to train my ears for the proggier stuff.

  14. That is an absolutely adorable picture of him! I just have to share the phone wallpaper I made for myself. It's not well made, mind you, but it makes me giggly every time I see it. I have such a soft spot for Neil's smile http://i.imgur.com/Kzpd89b.jpg Makes me all giggly, too! There's something about Neil that does things to me! I know just what you mean! I swear whenever I see him half of me is giggly like a silly pre-teen girl and the other half is too busy drooling to do much thinking above the gutter ;) I love your pictures!!! I too know what you mean! My first crush was Alex when I was a teenager. Then as I have gotten older I have come to appreciate Geddy's awesomeness. However, something about The Professor just makes me get like jelly. I'm sure it is just his mind....right!   His mind certainly doesn't hurt ;) True! I could stay up all night with him....and discuss Ayn Rand... among other things. Oh yeah, I'd love to stay up all night.... "talking" with Neil! ;) I really do love listening to him talk though, and watching him talk! He's so adorably expressive, I love it. But he still lulls me to sleep. I am destined never to hear the end of the Clockwork Angels audio book! I have nice Neil-induced dreams, though! Isn't that the weirdest thing? He's one of the most interesting guys on Earth until he starts explaining why. But hey, more music and pictures? Sure! Oh, I didn't mean that he bores me- just that I find his voice soporific, for some reason. I actually find him fascinating, and I love the way he gets so excited as he tries to explain something that he talks faster and faster. His writing I enjoy too- especially his website blog. On the Clockwork Angels audiobook though, he talks more slowly so his voice is like the gentle rocking of a crib to me..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz His voice and his writing, at least for me, has that effect. And yet he's still interesting. And yet he's boring. And yet he's an okay guy. And yet he's a jerk. And yet... uh, Neil? Who ARE you right now, damn it? (Oh god, don't answer with another book. No no no nonononono...) Sorry you feel that way. I LOVE his books. :) Me too and I can listen to him for ages. His voice is soothing to me :)

  15. It's awesome to be able to make eye contact with them, and especially Alex who reacts to everything. He makes comments and interacts with the people in front of him constantly during the concerts. I love that. Geddy is harder to get a smile or a reaction out of since he's so focused. Though I have had eye contact with him too quite a few times. Makes you feel awesome when you can share a moment with them, even when it's only a few seconds. :)

  16. Ooh, I like it. It's like a, "Hmmmmm, hello there?" kind of look. Yeah I'd stare back at that. I've seen these looks from stage rockers before. It's the, "Man, if I weren't famous, I'd hit that and nobody would care" look. :LMAO: Eaglemoon was getting bedroom eyes from Al! B****. :P Oh now.... I got this one too. http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t180/imzadi-7/ALNASH/AL13NASHPK_zps6310cf76.jpg

  19. I'm sure they realize they're not getting any younger but I would think they need a break not just physically but mentally as well. Sometimes you have to get away from something for a while to get inspiration again. Alex said that Geddy's buying up basses like there's no tomorrow so that's a good sign. I would rather have them take a longer break and come back and give us some great music than to take a short break and put out a substandard album. And I'm sure that'll spur some comments about the last few albums.

  20. The upcoming Modern Drummer has compiled a list of the best drummers of all time. Neil was rated number 3 behind Buddy Rich and John Bonham. I realize these lists can get tired and are subjective, however Neil ought to be number 1, and here's why: -Longevity. 40 years, despite some horrenous setbacks -Inspiration. To legions of drummers. Some even play because of him -Versatility. He's not the fastest, the best swingin', or the most subtle, but he can do every style with at least decent results -Evolution. After all, he doesn't have to try so hard anymore. Yet he still does, and is always pushing to improve As far as raw ability, I can't see how anyone can argue against Buddy. Bonham is the most commercially successful. But it's Neil who does it all.

  21. they've got the most "has-to-grow-on-you" singer in rock history, and most of their songs just have too much going on or sound too f***ing weird for anyone who isn't used to that sorta thing to immediately like.

  22. A great, great...great movie. I've seen it many, many times. It must have been a real thrill for you seeing it for the first time. I just watched "Hitchcock" with Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren. It is a biopic about Hitchcock making "Psycho" and all he and his wife were going through at the time. I really enjoyed it...you should check it out. I think I will! I really loved everything about it. It was just so brilliant! I have now seen four Hitchcock films, this, North By Northwest, The Birds and Vertigo, and they have all been thrilling!

He has a lovely voice, I think the reason I nod off when I hear him narrate is pavlovian- I began listening to the book at bedtime, so now each time I listen my brain thinks, 'time to sleep'! It feels like they slowed his voice in the recording for CA. I'm actually on my 3rd listen of it. I just can't help myself, his voice is so deep and soothing, it makes me all giggly

  30. Welcome back to the fun! Absolutely. Welcome back. This side of the forum's been a bit slow lately. Kind of been taken over by the guys. Oh and I wanted to say, how lucky you are to have met Geddy. I think I would have fainted if I gotten that close to him. Trust me, I was close. It was surreal. I went almost non-verbal. All I could muster was asking to hug him then saying thank you as I left.

  38. My wife has always complained her mouth is smaller than average. You probably think I am joking but I am dead serious. I used to think it was an excuse but now I am not so sure...... I've actually had dentists yell at me- and a few guys insist I was lying- because my mouth really is QUITE small. I back up gangsters' claim and, yes- if it's too big, it simply will not fit and/or my jaw feels like it has been unhinged. As for another area, I looooooove the "stuffed full" feeling, but guys with huge thingies always seem to be like "haha HERE I AM!! THRUST!!!!!" and slam themselves in there. THAT hurts. Take it slow, know how to use your length and don't just....stab your huge genitalia into me.

Very soon we will be moving into our home, where Lucy will have her OWN BEDROOM. No more having to be quiet during alone time with my husband cause a kid is sleeping right by our bed! HA!!!! all joking aside though, she deserves her own space to play with her toys and be a goof in her own room :) very excited! =]

  43. Feck what they say, this is real dammit! It is! I have REAL and true friends I've met through TRF. Friends I know I'll have for a lifetime. We're good like that around here. It's what makes TRF the best! :) I know of 3 TRF marriages that resulted from introductions and interactions on this board. Sundog and Digital Man (I think) Huck Finn and Mrs. Huck Finn and of course Kid Gloves and Tarkus406. This is true. Sunny and I "met" here on TRF one July evening in 2005. We have made quite a lot of real life friends we first met here on TRF. There is a group of about a dozen that try to get together for a weekend every year and we all met right here. I have met a lot of people in person here and there across hte US from this forum and a few other RUSH forums and a few of them have posted in this thread.
