Is it still slow for you? About a week ago the tech rebooted the server and it seemed to fix the chronic slowness, leaving only the occasional hangup. I suspect that this is not related to a server issue; probably what happened is a LOT of people took some sort of action at the same time, and the server just had a hard time sorting it all out.
