I guess I should pay closer attention to a song's lyrics.

custom55
Some footage of The Who at the London Coliseum 1969. The footage of Young Man Blues can be seen on the Kids are Alright movie but this footage has a different view of Pete windmilling at 15:12 and that in not on the Kids movie. http://youtu.be/Tf3Btttb6tY?t=13m5s Edited October 31, 2015 by custom55
custom55
80's Pete and The Who. I saw this show at the Brendan Byrne Arena NJ ( it's name at the time ). Since then it's been renamed to Continental Airlines Arena and then Izod Center. The Izod and The Prudential Center were both open for a few years but after the NJDevils hockey moved to Newark, along with major concert acts, the Izod died a slow death. The Izod is still up but who knows what they'll do with it. Xanadu/Mall of America/Whatever you call it may do something with it if and when they open. Hatchetaxe&saw
Currently spinning Tommy(he might puke, waka waka), was wondering if there was a thread for the God that is PT. There is. Good work, people. Love solo PT, White City & Rough Mix are my favourites.

If I let the personal lives and opinions of many rockers influence how I felt about their music, I wouldn't be listening to much of anything. ReRushed
Sometimes great music and art comes from a dark place. Lennon is my musical idol and I think he was an a-hole.

As for PT he was able to convince the authorities he was doing research, maybe a book or something. I admire the guy so I lean toward giving him the benefit of the doubt.
