Mr. Not
Why is it so good? It's been about a year since I listened to it last, and listening to it now makes me wish I was back in my high school years. Crazy... Usually, I'd think I'd hate this crap. But I don't, I loved it then and I love it now still. "And I don't wanna be an old man anymoreIt's been a year or two since I was out on the floorShakin' booty, makin' sweet love all the nightIt's time I got back to the Good LifeIt's time i got back, it's time i got backAnd I don't even know how I got off the track" "I'm dumb, she's a lesbianI thought I had found the onewe were good as married in my mindbut married in my mind's no goodPink Triangle on her sleevelet me know the truth, let me know the truth" http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/c/ca/Pinkerton_cover.jpg/220px-Pinkerton_cover.jpg

priest_of_syrinx
The whole album is great from beginning to end. I love Weezer's first four albums (Make Believe and Red are ok), but Pinkerton still towers above all the others.

barney_rebel
Favorites in this order: BlueGreenRedPinkerton took me a few tries to get into Pinkerton. Pretty good album though. Last concert I was at, the drummer sang lead and played guitar on an Oasis cover. Also did a shout out to Rush and played a teaser to Spirit of Radio. Stormtron
Pinkerton is a great album. Definitely Weezer's best, followed by Blue and then Maladroit. Green is decent, but everything after Maladroit is shit to me. Raditude is so bad that I was laughing the first and only time I heard it.
