Yesterday I visited a truck in Atlanta called "Blaxican" which is a soul food/Mexican combination. I had Collard Green Quesadillas which were damn good. As for horse - I agree with JB. I really can't stand when people say that eating horses, dogs, whatever is inhumane - while they chow down on chicken or beef in the meantime.
