You know, they could just release new material every 2 years and NOT tour.

They'd be broke before they died. confused13.gif

Not if they'd release it under their own Label!

I think it would be cool that once Ged's voice completely dies out to make an instrumental album, but until then I'm not interested. If it's just a greatest hits CD you're talking about, I don't really care for another rush compilation or live album.

It would be a Greatest hits of all their current Instrumentals plus what ever instrumentals are on CA and 3 or four new Instrumentals! I really didn't think the thread was that difficult to understand.

I still wouldn't buy an album for 3 or 4 new songs. I would either buy them off iTunes or by other means. 12-15$ for 4 new songs just isn't worth it to me.

Where in the world would you pay $12-15 for a greatest hits CD? unsure.gif

Sadly the first Rush CD I bought was A Spirit of Radio that greatest hits disc, it got me into Rush and I have that to thank it for, but ONE disc for a band that has had HOW many amazing songs? I look back at that disc and im just like who the hell made this?! Obviously not a Rush fan..13 tracks for a band that has 19 albums (18 at the time of its release)? Ridiculous! The other complications are MUCH better and are more than one disc thankfully..

Touring is the money maker. And at there age. There is no way in hell they would release an album every two years. biggrin.gif

It wouldn't take that much time to record 3 or 4 new instrumentals and the tour would really preserve Geddy Voice!
