Lost In Xanadu
Anyone have foods they love that other people usually don't like? Like me, I overcook my popcorn just slightly because I like the smoky flavor of overdone popcorn, but my friends won't touch it. I also love the overdone pretzels. I buy Tom Sturgis pretzel stix just because they usually have a lot of overdone pretzels in there.
Mara
I like the little tiny underripe grapes in the bunch. They're usually slightly sour and a nice contrast to the big ripe ones.

Mara
Herring in sour cream sauce. It's one of those "snack foods" you KNOW no one's going to steal from the work fridge.
CMWriter
I've had escargot a few times... ...and I really like it! Of course, it has to be proper escargot... not that I've ever heard of any decent escargot being served/prepared improperly... It took a couple tries to get used to the texture but now I order it whenever I'm out with my aunt. She's the one who's always encouraged me to try relatively strange foods.
