Garlic is one of the best things ever yes.gif Especially big chunks of it sauteed along with onions, peppers and tomatoes.

And you know what? You can always brush your teeth!

I heart.gif Garlic! My mother used to have ten fits when I'd come home from school stinking of it from the school food, but I never noticed tongue.gif One of my fave pasta recipes is elbows with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. It's also a major ingredient in shrimp scampi, one of my faves for my mom to make, and I'm pretty heavy-handed with garlic powder if I don't have the fresh stuff around for my olive oil sauces and "homemade Chinese food". I'm not as bad as a former co-worker who put garlic powder and parmesan cheese in just about everything, though!

I love to roast it until it's soft and spreadable, mix with a little olive oil, and dip pita chips in it.

A few months back I roasted a turkey and stuffed elephant ear garlic cloves (though elephant ear is technically not garlic but a variety of leek) under the skin. Yum.
