Mara
Hated Tootsie, but Hoffman did a spectacular job with the role.

Presto-digitation
Tootsie is my all time favorite comedy. Sharp writing and performances all the way around. Pollack did both a great job directing and acting in this film as well. If I could score it 11 out of 10, it's earned it in my book. invisible airwave
Teri Garr gave a better performance than the one Lange got an Oscar for.

Sonatine
QUOTE (lerxt1990 @ Jan 29 2011, 02:55 PM) QUOTE (greg2112 @ Jan 29 2011, 09:05 AM) You want classic Hoffman? Check out Papillion and Marathon Man. Fantastic. "Marathon Man" and in particular "All the President's Men" were both great Hoffman vehicles. Was never struck with "Tootsie", no matter how many times I re-watch it.
