Hated Tootsie, but Hoffman did a spectacular job with the role.

Tootsie is my all time favorite comedy. Sharp writing and performances all the way around. Pollack did both a great job directing and acting in this film as well. If I could score it 11 out of 10, it's earned it in my book. Edited by Presto-digitation

Pollack was great. Did you know he directed Three Days of the Condor?

You want classic Hoffman? Check out Papillion and Marathon Man. Fantastic.

The words Classic and Dustin Hoffman are redundant.

"Marathon Man" and in particular "All the President's Men" were both great Hoffman vehicles. Was never struck with "Tootsie", no matter how many times I re-watch it.
