Yes it is.. and in 1963 they made a New York called the Salon, was their top model, came with all 44 options that you could add to a New York. They made 593 of them..

I saw a '65-'69 coupe in someone's yard on my trip to the Okanogan last weekend. Looked well-preserved at a glance.
