they won and still dropped? who did they beat from the ACC?. it looks like Kentucky moved up a spot after just narrowly beating Carolina.

They beat Wake Forest by 11.

Yeah, Kentucky was behind Purdue last week in the AP poll.

seems f*cked up to me. i also note that Duke is at #8 despite losing to Wisconsin last week? ( pretty sure it was wisconsin?? )

I hope there are some good games tonight!

Yes, the AP and ESPN sure love them some Duke. Any other team would be out of the top ten easily.

Butler and Georgetown play tonight as well as Vandy and Illinois.

Oh, and Indiana ( 062802puke_prv.gif ) and Pittsburgh. Stick it to them Panthers. 1287.gif

This would be a terrible idea, in my opinion.

I saw that earlier. Very bad idea in my opinion. All about the Benjamins.

So, The Big Ten is thinking of expanding to twelve teams.

The possible teams that many are mentioning are Notre Dame, Syracuse, Missouri, West Virginia, and Pitt among some others.

I would vote for 'Cuse, as Notre Dame already had their chance, Missouri is in a pretty good/prestigious conference already, and West Virginia's academics aren't good enough.

Pitt is viable as well.

I would LOVE to see Mizzou go to the Big 10- not because I dislike them, but it would open up room for TCU in the Big 12! That would be awesome.

Why can't the Big 12 just have 13 teams? A little thing like numerical accuracy has never stopped the Big "10" . . .

Go Augusta State Jaguars! common001.gif cheer.gif

So far we're 9-0 (the best start in school history) and ranked No. 3 in the NABC/Coaches Poll. Way to go Jags!

My Hoosiers are trailing Loyola (MD) 24-4 as I type this .

COME ON GUYS !! sad.gif

And they ended up losing that game by about 8-10 points.

What is WRONG with Indiana? That is one team that I never expected to fall off the radar like they have.

Rutgers gave the Tarheels all they could handle and the game was a lot closer than the final score indicates.

Rosario for Rutgers is a great player!

So I am watching some dudes on ESPN and this guy goes on to say that John Wall from Kentucky ( a freshman ) is now considered to be the #1 pick in the NBA draft. If I recall correctly they said that Wall is responsible for 41% of all of Kentuckys scoring?
