Maestro
QUOTE (madra sneachta @ Aug 26 2004, 02:33 PM) For one of Alex's most exquisite and intense guitar solos - Here Again Technically, his playing improved and developed immensely over the years, but did any other solo ever convey as much emotion??. Quite right! I opted for Here Again also, for it's 'Bluesy Quality.' Expressive guitar, to be sure!

Tony R
Working Man, but Here Again is great too, for the reasons explained by the poster above.

Humorbot5
Hm.... I worry that I like what everyone else likes. I voted for Working Man, but I like In The Mood and Finding My Way as well.
Tarkus406
I dunno about all you workin men but...Here Again is the best love the way it builds up to that "I, oh I've seen your face before" verse then into the solo!

scounter72
Finding My Way is easily the only decent (ish) song on this album. Before And After and Working Man have some nice musical moments.
TRON
I love this album. I love the rawness of the album, the songs are a bit free, the lyrics nothing to think anything about, and just rock out. In the Mood is nice but I dont like to imagine Geddy in the mood for anything, except maybe baseball or TV. But my favourite off the album is Before and After. Not due to the lyrics! But more the elaborate intro and progression into the heavy main riff. That, to me, is a hint as to the direction they would ultimately go. Texturing songs, coupling some great melodies with awesome distinct riffs. I would love to see Before and After played live! That and Take a Friend...a close second. Then Here Again. fragile wings
My fav song from this album has changed over time, it used to be Working Man, and also Finding My Way. Right now it's In the Mood, I just love cranking that one up and singing along (as long as nobody is listening).
Mariella
At the moement iit's what you're Doing, prolly because I have just mastereed it on the bass, but all the songs on Rush are cracking good rockers.
