Las question.

If I get Section: RORCH, Row: L, Seat: 21
because the seat is 21, does that mean its towards the center
orchestra? Like do the seats go from 1 (faright to 20+ to the left?)

according to the website - yes it will be closer to the center - it looks like everything goes left to right starting with 1

you guys give up way to quick, tickets keep getting bumped back into the system for various reasons, for Charlotte the system told me there were no level 1's at 10:15 I kept trying and 14th row tickets came up on Alex's side, easily the best Rush seats I have ever had.

Keep trying !!

No offense but an hour isn't exactly quick. If I'd given up after like 5 tries then fine yea.

I just know all the lovely broker types are in there getting their fill so the rest of us have to wait. It is still pretty annoying when you can't even get a single at any price level.

Yeah it does look that way. I guess I can only keep my fingers crossed.

I'm only 12 rows back from the stage, not bad considering my first Rush show was 45 rows back (maybe even more).

Yeah i think i'll be ok - i'm seat 20 in row 8 but i wanted to be as close to alex as possible and hopefully it will be ok -

I'll try again during the public sale on ticketmaster and if i score then i'll sell my other

Alpha,

Wouldnt it suck, if they first row of seats started at one to the right..then continued to the left, but then continuted on to the next row.

for instance, row 1 is 1-9, row 2 is 11-23 (but from right to left).

Meaning, my 21 could still be towards the far right.

But then again, im not sure how they do their seating. If each row starts with 1 on the right, then i should be safe.

Thanks for all the help man. trink39.gif

In a couple months, I'll have money again. I plan on checking the day of the show, to see if I will be able to upgrade. But if I dont get anything, I'm happy with where I am at now.

Now, i cant wait to meet some of the people at TRF and CP. trink38.gif

No problem - looking at some areial photos of the theater it looks like the orchestra is pretty damn close no matter where you sit -

Yeah, I was doing the same. The orchestra looks really small, very compact. I mean, its usually GA. So were both good to go.

Well, the presale for today for DTE in Detroit didn't go as well as I had hoped. I ended up buying 2 tickets in the center section, row S, which was not the best I could have done (actually row O center section was the best I saw). I'm going to try ticketbastard this weekend to see if I can get anything better. If not, I'll be happy with what I got.

Hi all... I'd like to vent about my dumb move this morning buying tickets for the Chicago show, and ask another (probably also dumb) question.

On my first try I pulled up 2 seats that were very centered, but like 50 rows back. This was at 10:00 maybe 10:01am. I opened another browser a minute or 2 later and it showed no tickets available, so I just (foolishly) figured that was it, and bought the original seats. Just for the heck of it I checked like 2 hours later and a wide range of seats were available!!! Now, admittedly, some were off to the sides where mine are close to center stage, but all were closer. But some were centered pretty well and as close as like 30th row. I guess it was my bad for not doing my homework on how this pre-sale scam works.

Now for my (probably dumb) question: I've seen some posts that seem to imply "upgrading" tickets for better ones. Are these people just talking about selling their original tix, or is there some way to officially swap already-purchased seats for better ones that aren't sold yet?

Thanks in advance,

Sam

I didnt know that Musictoday and Tixmaster were the same company cuz there is no way those presale seats should be that bad, thought I was at Ticketmaster.

Generally people will find better tickets adn sell their current ones... Ebay is a great place to do that, you are also welcome to post here and see if someone wants to buy them...

Well this is just classic.

I don't know if anyone else is trying to get seats for Vegas but it seems in terms of the presale thus far it's a bust.

I just now finally got to a point where I could get a seat. The best was up on the side, stage right, so don't know how good of a view that would be, for $125. I need two, and I can get one seat at a time at present.

The $75 bracket has been removed from the website entirely at this time, and the $50 bracket sends you all the way to the roof...pretty literally.

I guess we'll see what happens for the rest of this presale (goes till the 12th) and then the public sale. Otherwise maybe my friend at MGM can do something. Ebay is looking like an option too.

What a joke. Glad to see the casinos, the brokers and all the others who will give these things away have their seats all settled.
