Fay sure loves that state, eh? * * * It's absolutely cool and sunny here - - beautiful!!! Nights have been in the 50's but it gets up to 80 by noon. Very little humidity, which is odd for this time of year. Feels like apple and pumpkin weather! We did have another tornado like event here yesterday. The town of Acushnet, MA (five minutes north of us) had what they think was a "downburst" or "microburst". It may have been a tornado, they're not sure. It was a sudden and wide blast of 100 mph winds which took down trees and knocked out power. It's very odd that we've had two tornadic events in the last week.
