tootsielove Posted May 30, 2006 Share Posted May 30, 2006 Just wanted to introduce myself as a rabbid Rush fan and as a woman. Name is Christine and I live in East Texas. I'm 36 years old and married 10 years with no children. I'm an interior decorator and currently earning an associates in Art for the fun of it. Seems like more chics are over here than other boards which still have a special place in my heart, however, I need my girls. My life is full of boys with my husband and his 2 sons along with my 2 nephews, I always feel like the only girl in a crowd. Been a Rush fan since the age of 11 when I found an 8track of Moving Pictures left behind by an uncle. I was able to catch my first Rush show in Houston for the R30 tour and I won't miss anymore as long as they tour. My favorite Rush member is Alex. He is my favorite guitar player ever!!! and he's hot. I've recently turned my sister on to Rush and she has turned her best friend on to them as well which is grand for me considering I know no one else who is a fan. Now I have 2 other chics to share them with. We are already saving up for a huge weekend in Houston should Rush tour next summer and schedule down here again. There's loads to talk about and everyone is very friendly. Plus, us girls LOVE our Rush boys. I too am a Big Al fan, if you couldn't tell by my avatar!
