The reason is that test 3+ & 3- & understanding more that i may have these Ugly Cells else where and that they branched out & hit the breast & what will they hit next if i don't do it ?? So no definite answer but i am getting closer Scared no matter what i do .And that ain't No lie .

That's terrible..

 

3 months with 4 sessions of chemo isn't so bad. My Aunt had 3 months (and one week) with 8 (yes, 8) sessions of chemo.

 

I don't know much, but this is what I know.

 

Yes, my Aunt did get sick, yes, after two weeks her hair did fall out. Yes, through the first medicine (first 4 sessions) she was throwing up after every meal. Throufh the second half (last 4 sessions) with the new medicine, she had tingly feelings and her legs went numb once and she collapsed on the kitchen floor.

 

No decision is easy to make, but lots of other women have gone through chemo & radiation. For my Aunt, she's more than halfway done. She finished chemo last week, and she doesn't need me..I'm moving back to my parents' house Thursday night.

 

What's left for my Aunt? Radiation and her last two surgeries.

 

Don't worry, whatever decision you make will be the best one. Take your time, and be strong.

rose.gif I was thinking of you last night and wondering how your Aunt was doing and you answered a few questions i was thinking of ,i was going to send you a pm to-day but for some reason you posted above so i thankyou !! How wierd is that eh i would say someone above is helping me !! Cecilia you are right 4 is not as bad as 8 Tell your Aunt my Prayers are with her !! I am leaning more toward the doing it & be smart & scared.......... rather than be scared & don't do it and maybe regretting it later !! Thanks !! rose.gif

Well now that you have made a decision you will have us here to back you up and we will hold your hand if needed or cry with you or laugh with you!

 

 

I know this has no come to you lightly and you did do the right thing as to get all the info you can and made an informed decision and well kudos to you!!!!

 

This will not be easy but in life the good things are not usually easy but well worth it in the end!!!

 

 

Lets see what the scans say and take one step at a time!!!

God Bless you Blonde for what you have to go through, I've gone through this with my mother who at 50 had to go through this herself.

 

I'm sure I don't have to tell you that this board will check up on you often of your progress and if you need your spirits lifted, well, who better to lift them than cool 2.gif chics, eh?

rose.gif thanks i need all the support i can get i told my youngest daughter tonight & she is happy now..... she was upset at first but now she is doing better with it ........my oldest girl is happy too now........ my son he refuses to discuss it but thats ok we all deal with this in our own way he will come around .......i won't lie am scared to death and i just need to build myself up & say yes i can do this that i know will come soon .......so ty All rose.gif
