I have a bone to pick with that site. I'm not saying Mandy didn't have work done, but those photo comparisons are suspect.

 

Look at the photos below. On top are the photos as they appear on that site, untouched by me. Notice how the 1999 pic is stretched horizontally, making not only her nose, but her whole face look wider. The 2003 pic isn't stretched at all. Under that is the 1999 photo "unstretched." Also, she's in full grin in the 1999 pic, and that always makes the nostrils flare out more. Notice how she's barely smiling in the 2003 pic.

Here's the second set. Again, the top two pics are untouched by me. Is it me, or does her nose look the same in both photos?

If anything, her nose looks a bit wider in the 2003 pic, but again, she's smiling more in that pic. Her hair and smiles are distracting, so I isolated her eyes and nose here.
