cygnify
File this one under mistaken identity (google shows this is frequently incorrectly cited as the same person....) A credited engineer on Yngwie Malmsteen's 1984 "Rising Force" album is one "Lester Claypool" is *NOT* "Les Claypool" from Primus (debut album 1989) and also is *NOT* a sound engineer that does several Anime films. The engineer has credits that go on with Suicidal Tendencies. https://www.discogs.com/artist/267773-Lester-Claypool Primus dude: (Full first name is actually "Leslie")https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Les_Claypool/4139 Anime dude:http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0165629/

Three Eyes
Gene Simmons Backtracks on Cannabis Comments Gene Simmons ended many years of criticizing cannabis use in March [of 2018] as he took on the role of … selling cannabis. The Kiss star was named as “chief evangelical officer” of the Invictus corporation as businesses began to take advantage of legalization steps across North America. “I was wrong and I was not informed,” Simmons said. “I didn’t know much about it. I just dismissed it out of hand. ... I have to man up and admit, in the past, I used to dismiss lots of things because of ignorance and arrogance.” But does he know how to roll a joint? driventotheedge
The exec who signed Bachmann Turner Overdrive had just come back from a vacation to a desk full of demo tapes. He swept them all into the garbage for a fresh start. One single tape missed the can. He bent over to pick it up and noticed Bachmann's name on it and remembered him from a prior meeting. Gave it a listen and signed them.I saw Randy Bachman a few years back doing a story telling and song show where he did a bunch of Guess Who songs and a bunch of BTO songs and had a backing band. Between songs he sat on a stool and told how songs were written, inspiration, etc. He did indeed tell this story so I heard it from the mouth of the source.
