Segue Myles Posted February 15, 2017 Share Posted February 15, 2017 Beyonce has substance. Lady Gaga doesn't really...new single John Wayne is absolutely junk. Video is a mess as well. I like Lady Gaga. I find her a great live performer but there is too much artifice in her music. For every deep moment there are tonnes of flimsy pop songs, the likes of which even Britney Spears turned away (case in point, Telephone). Beyonce may be a brand but her music is empowering. Very different to Gaga. But I do love how Gaga is a performer and a really awesome personality. Telephone is a very cool tune. Britney screwed that up! Please don't get me wrong...I didn't mean to slate her. I love pop music lol! Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran...love them all!
