JohnnyBlaze
I really am looking for sad rock/metal songs that are in the vein of Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, Delain and Within Temptation. Preferably songs about not having hope and the world being f***ed up. Thank you. http://mashbang.files.wordpress.com/2016/11/crybaby.jpg

J2112YYZ
Dark Side of the Moon is an album that I now cringe at but loved when I was much younger and pained. How is DSotM in any way a cringe inducing album? Also, why is someone bringing the album up in a thread about sad songs?

The Wall has a much sadder feel to it.

And yeah, I think The Wall feels sadder too.
librarian
In general I find Pink Floyd dark and depressing, but others may not. That's life.
