What's better? Minister or Prime Minister? Prefer the start, but I think Edington was getting really ill by the end so that may contribute. Love them. Hawthorne apparently had a fight with Stallone, on Demolition man.

What do you think of it. Will you move on to yes Prime Minister?

Spinal Tap 2.0...good idea or no?

You're right. But I live in hope that the guys with Spinal Tap have enough savvy as with the 1st offering, they do some thing worth while and GOOD. I could be wrong. -
Spinal Tap 2.0...good idea or no?

Just don't point at it, don't look at it even. Seen enough of that one. Could work, if done right - not trying to match the original on its own merit. -
Allan shredding in 1966.
-
75 Allan straight shredding which he hated To this. Allan did so much, 2 vids don't do justice.

Genius, ahead of this time. Fun fact. The guitar solo on Beat It, was played using Allan Holdsworth's gear. Holdsworths solos move, perplex confuse, mesmerise and amaze me every time. In a way no other guitarist does. His musical brain along with his command of the guitar is from another another universe.

Look , all you need to know is there are three types of people in the world. Those that can do math, and those who can't.

That's a great list. Love everyone on there really. Holdsworth is just the greatest for me tho. No one comes close. Rick was almost reaching for a replay. lol. Though Beck stumps too. Beato 's channel is tops. -

I remember the spine tingling anticipation around this time. Wondering what was in store upon hearing Far Cry. Thought it'd be a prog fest from the clip, with a modern twist. -

Sorry to hear this. You seem a great guy, I've always enjoyed conversing with you. As limited as it is in the format. I hope you reconsider. Remember there are those who still appreciate your point of view. -

Seemed a cool guy. RIP Taylor. -
Good to hear Trower's making music. Best guitarist Procol had. Trowers cuts complemented the other writers, some being my fav. Namely Whiskey Train and Simple Sister.
-
His favourite Rush album, both mixing, mastering and material.

Some Rush track remind me of Procol. Marathon, Presto. The riff in Simple Sister reminds me of the riff in Tom Sawyer. -

Some of those who gave tributes:Billy Joel, Billy Idol, Steven Vandt, Whitesnake guitarist, Zak Wylde, Ringo Starr, Paul Stanley! Brian May of course, owing a large portion of his career to Procol I'd say. -

Rush and Procol are similar in they have the same songwriting set up. Lyrics and music are seperately done. Like Elton John and Bernie. -
