"On Tuesday night, Rush filled St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center with more than 13,000 reverent Rush devotees who turned out for a stop on what the band has said will be their final major tour. They plan to continue recording, and maybe play the occasional concert or short-term residency. But the chances of seeing Rush live in Minnesota again are slim." Seeing them here again a SLIM chance?? WTF??? They will be back and I can say this last night was the first time my grandson seen them and all he was talking about is F-ing awesome show. He was amazed at this show hands down. I hope to be able to take him again and enjoy the best rocking f-ing show on the planet.

I received the same email this morning also. I have been waiting patiently for them for a few months and it's about time! -
Some of this is discussed in the Backstage Secrets Documentary that was put out a few years back. Not in the exact detail most of you are looking for but, some of it has been already.

This I have to see!!!

What are you favorite RUSH albums?

I'll cheat on this and just go with every damn one of them. -
I said no because I like it just the way it is. Simple and Sweet!

Who here saw Rush on the AFTK and/or Signals tour(s)?
balance replied to Lorraine's topic in On The Lighted Stage
Well, I remember AFTK, and what I remember best about it was when they Cygnus X-1 when they really started using projection. That was awesome even though I was a bit toasted during the show. I remember being stage right 1/4 way back. Personally a trip back then. -
Now that is a 100% fair assessment for me.

No way will they add rows to the front. If you have a ticket that says "Row 1", they won't be telling you, "Sorry, but you're actually Row 11." They would have a near-riot on their hands. As for the people in the side sections, well, they're screwed....especially if they paid more than face value. I had Floor Row 11 Center, so I'm very happy I sold my ticket. I'm now in Section 112, Row 4, so the stage will be a little bit farther away. Might bring my binoculars! Section 112 is clearly at the other end of the venue. I myself personally would have kept R11C just for the experience of the show, so don't get me wrong on that.

That would suck as I did pull 27th row this tour. I am checking TM as of this moment and it's say there is an 11 minute do to unexpected activity. Go figure that one out.

The seat selection we get just sucks. TM seems to get stuck on like 3 sets of seats and never seems to allow other choices. I have found the only way to have a different selection is to delete the cookie file from TM and then start searching again. Most of the time I end up with different choices and better seats.

Won't everybody walk out at the end of the show?
-
A few in my time, just look at the signature.

You may be right. I was pulling 33 row on Geddy side and now it's dead.

It's perfectly fine to sit and chill out during the show. Went with my sis back during the first leg of SA 7row and she had to take a seat for a for minutes as her feet/legs couldn't hold up that long. I just asked her why and left it at that. She still enjoyed the show even if she had to take a break on the weary body for a short time.

Just pulled 27th row main floor Alexs' side for St Paul. Not a whole bunch left really, all I was getting was 30th and 34th row so I settled for the 27th. Could have done better if I would have put all 7 machines of mine online at once.
