  1. Not yet. I'm going to wait a while. My options are Westfield, Hamilton or North Brunswick.
  2. Everything legit and then some. I even have some I'd be willing to part with.
  3. My first look at this will be when it's in my hands about 4 or 5 days before its released.
  4. I'd like to know as well! I just called the Princeton Record Exchange & they said they have the vinyl, but no prints. You had to buy the vinyl at an indie record store most record stores got 2-3 of them they were not inside the lp. places like amazon and best buy etc did not get them. I understand what you said about buying it at a indie shop.. thats not the question. Was the promo pic INSIDE the sealed album or was it something the shop gave you seperately when you bought the vinyl? Separately. At least it's been that way in the past. Looks like that process remains consistent. I'm hoping to find a 12 to 15 by 24 frame to put both versions in it, but that may be an odd size.
  5. I like the patch, but not the hat. My hat collection (if you can call it that) goes from Roll The Bones to Snakes and Arrows (No R30.) I solve the one head problem by alternating the hats. My faves out of the ones I have are probably Vapor Trails and Snakes and Arrows
  6. The idea is to get people to support independent record stores not huge corporations. I usually do this anyway, but this time I'd thought I'd save a few dollars and bought the vinyl online and bought the CD at the store (another reason was I wanted it early). I didn't see any notice that they were giving away prints otherwise I'd have gotten another vinyl copy. I suppose I may do that anyway if they still have them. No offense taken. People live their lives in different ways.
  7. I guess this will go next to the The Body Electric red 10 inch released nearly 30 years earlier. Actually, that's not quite true. It should probably go after the Stick It Out UK radio 12 inch released more than 20 year ago since I organize chronologically.
  8. I don't let my Rush fun out so it can't be stolen.....
  9. Much appreciated! A bonus will be heading your way.
  10. So, it sounds a lot better & is worth buying? It was for me, but the 2004 Remaster isn't horrible though.
  11. That's awesome. I've never seen one of those except on another forum.
  12. Don't know, but I like it better than the original and the 2004 remaster. Not getting the box at current prices.
  13. I don't view that as a complaint. It's just the way it is. It's also the only way this would have happened. Someone else would have been left to do it and it would have been different still. Different doesn't have to mean better or worse. It can just mean different. For me, this is now a double album. One version with context and one without it. Your mileage may vary.
  14. My 15 year-old son has seen them 8 times already since 2002. He's having fun picking out the differences in the Vapor Trails remix at the moment.
  15. The original release came with a numbered lithograph, which I will trade for a remix one should one exist.

    Hemispheres SACD

After about 10 listens so far, I'm still not sure. Vinyl sounds really sweet, and while this is comparable to that, it may not be an improvement. I really liked the Audio Fidelity Roll The Bones, but was less impressed with Counterparts. I'm going to say it probably fits in between those two somewhere. There's really nothing not to like about it, but I think the improvement is less measurable. Haven't quite made up my mind about it being the best CD release, but it might be close. I think if you've heard the vinyl, you may have an idea as to what this sounds like.
  17. There are no mistakes...only new parts.
  18. I caught the "still", but I completely missed that Hugh Syme was not involved in the new art (Which I really like. It's a nice companion to the original.)
  19. Hopefully a comprehensive interview will surface...
  20. I didn't like Contents much. I learned more from Chemistry even if it was unauthorized and had a few typos.
  21. For some reason, finding copies of Moving Pictures Lps isn't a easy as it used to be. I haven't seen one in a while, but then again stores that might have had a copy are no longer around.
  22. Well, my point was I assumed you owned Exit...Stage Left so you would at least have those tracks and eliminate that single from your search. It's possible there is a King Biscuit show with Tom Sawyer and The Spirit Of Radio from the A Show of Hands DVD. I've never run across it myself. That version of Lock and Key has never been released except on that laserdisc. ok let me reiterate, the bonus cd included in the best buy exclusive cd for grace under pressure tour contains 4 bonus audio tracks, 2 of which Tom sawyer, and spirit of the radio from the show of hands dvd (please note, that the CD for show of hands has neither tom sawyer or spirit of the radio, but the Dvd has both)The problem: the pcm stereo mix from the dvd of show of hands is somewhat unweildy trying to dump to a CD (strictly audio) format when trying to insert into the show of hands (audio only, itunes) playlist. I used the laser disc to dump lock and key down to an out board CDR deck years ago and have a viable (very kosher level wise) version inserted almost seemlessly into my show of hands playlist. Sadly the laserdisc player died soon after and I cannot duplicate the procedure via laser disc (other wise I would have ripped territories, la villa striangiato, yyz prime mover, tom sawyer and spirit of the radio , all into a useable format, unfortunately the pcm stereo signal from the DVD is not so forgiving) The solution: finding those 2 tracks from the bonus Best buy exclusive CD grace under pressure tour bonus CD OR finding an alternate source ( EG Trying to ascertain if the two live tracks on the german promo for Roll the bones are, in fact from the show of hands tour) so I can I have a more complete version of show of hands, with minimal fuss . I understand. Those Roll The Bones CD B-sides are from Exit...Stage Left. Good luck in your search.
  23. I put the DVD transfer of the Japanese laser disc on this morning and enjoyed the performance more than I have it quite a while. It's never been the visual masterpiece, but it sounded really great this morning.
