QUOTE (tjtull @ Apr 7 2012, 11:30 PM) Listening to the 5.1 now. I have to say, it sounds very good. I expected no less, knowing Steven Wilson mixed it. I love that the lyrics are displayed. Very nicely done!! I may just change my opinion, it sounds THAT good! TRUE! I gave it a spin this afternoon on the good stereo, it's very good, not as good as the original of course but still! If the first is a 10/10 this is a 7.5/10. And I love that it sounds like these old prog album of the 70's. I'm pleased.

QUOTE (ColdFireYYZ @ Apr 3 2012, 01:08 AM) Mike posted on Facebook that he's in the studio recording drums for one of his favorite bands as a guest. No clue who it could be. Metallica? Can you picture a Metallica song with decent drumming? I can't

QUOTE (Presto-digitation @ Mar 28 2012, 10:25 PM) They're alright. Some nice stuff. (All Sweet Things comes to mind). Not a huge fan of Tim's voice. Very Ambien...er, ambient. I still prefer PT and Blackfield to No-Man. +1 Pretty much the same. Although, I love Flowermouth, brilliant album.

Infinite Fire is great! Really has a classic prog feel to it! I love it! The choice of line up is also very good, the singing is top notch (even the one with MP on lead vocals). 4.5/5

QUOTE (Good, bad, andrush @ Mar 15 2012, 04:18 AM) Greatest album yet. The only competition I think will be Storm Corrosion. I fricking love this band. Agreed. I expect this album to compete for album of the year with the new OSI, Storm Corrosion and... well Clockwork Angels.

QUOTE (adace1 @ Feb 29 2012, 06:35 AM) I really don't care that they're basically a PT clone. They are awesome nonetheless. Hope you like them! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hAsf3cirxs They are indeed PT clones... That's a good thing

...This is f*cking brilliant, I got the album yesterday and it's been playing ever since. I knew Eric Moore was monster (I saw him twice with both Suicidal and Infectious) but the drums on the album are EPIC. I'll be following these guys closely! AND GET THE ALBUM

Has a bit of SOAD as well... Really good album.

I got to see him live two years ago. I was more than impressed, this guy is a MONSTER! Glad you enjoyed it!
-
Pretty good! Sounds a lot like Tool, but that's not bad thing at all! Glad to hear Lopez is in good health!
-
EARL!!! Happy METAL Birthday to you!!!

Sad. But come on, the last decent thing she did was 20 years ago.

The worst thing is he lost to a reissue...
