A couple co-workers and I walked to a nearby place to pick up lunch and we got back to work and I opened up FB and saw the news about Prince, I just couldn't believe it. He was a big part of my teenage years, I love his music, I have seen the movie Purple Rain so many times and still love it. He was a fantastic guitar player. It's going to take me awhile to get over this one.

I got a late birthday dinner paid for tonight courtesy of 2 of my best friends!

My friend and I went and saw them Thursday night. Our seats were by the soundboard and we asked the lady if we could have her copy of the setlist, at first she said no and that she needed the notes but she changed her mind and gave it to us.
