Girl, talk to him! Guys who love Rush LOVE girls who love Rush! I honestly wish I could but I'm painfully shy (thanks to my dad ). I'd be more comfortable if I talked to him within a group of friends, and I've been trying to figure out how to do so.

I don't talk about them to my friends because I know they'll get that "Oh god she's talking about them again" kind of look on their faces. I occasionally talk about them with my parents, most often my dad. I desperately want to talk about them with the guy that I have a crush on since he's fan, but I don't have the balls to talk to him. I usually just talk about them with my internet friends.

Oingo Boingo and Steve Miller Band are fairly overlooked to me. They seem like those bands that have a few greatest hits, but they have greater stuff when you dig deep.

I couldn't see that happening, honestly. If they did, the crowd would probably get bored, unless a ton of Rush fans showed up.

Normally I don't like tribute bands either, just like you said, they can be terrible. Although my mom and I saw a tribute band back in October called Caress of Steel and they blew our minds. Hopefully I can see them again soon.

I like The Seeker because it's nostalgic to me for some reason.

Permanent Waves really is flawless, honestly. I like it because it has a hint of 70's in it, but you can sort of tell they were changing it up and going into a new era of sound.
