  2. This looks awesome. I'll wake up at 4:00 AM to get it if I have to.

  7. I may be a bit late to this thread, but I did manage to stumble across this interview with Geddy the other day. At about 6:00 he explains why he uses a teleprompter.
  8. Up until a month ago I had never heard of the Travis Larson Band. They are a three-person instrumental band that released their first album in 1998. I went to see Kofi Baker's Cream Experience (which was awesome) and I got there a bit early. The Travis Larson band played before them, and I saw them play a few of their songs. I wasn't expecting much, but I was blown away. I'm not even sure how to begin to describe it, so I'll just include one of their songs off their new album, "Shift", in this post. I bought it after they played, and got it signed by Travis Larson (guitarist) and Jennifer Young (Bassist). I talked to Travis after the show, and he was easy to talk to. When I brought up Rush, he said they were one of his favorite bands, and that he had meet Geddy and Alex before. If you listen closely to their songs, you can tell they were definitely inspired by Rush somewhat. One of the songs off their first album is called "Counter Parts"; I doubt that was a coincidence. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zsa9FwN9-2Y My signed copy of "Shift": http://i.imgur.com/P7yE9le.jpg
  9. I have a few, but my collection is far from complete: Archives All The World's A Stage (Tri-fold from '76) A Farewell To Kings Hemispheres Permanent Waves Moving Pictures Signals Grace Under Pressure None of them are reissues, which I like. Some people don't care, but I like knowing that I have the original. They're all VG+ at least, and some are leaning closer to near mint than VG+.
  10. I couldn't hear it on the remastered version. I'll have to pull out the record and listen to it later.
  11. Kid Gloves used to be the only song I skipped on Grace Under Pressure, but now it's one of my favorites from that album.
  12. I've been looking for 2112 for a while. I went to some other record store, it was called "Tang" or something like that. They wanted $25 for 2112, and it looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs.
  13. There is a record store I go to almost every week. Most of there stuff is VG+ and it's priced really well. I've got some great deals there. Here is a list of the albums I've bought. A Farewell to Kings - $8 Hemispheres - $5 Permanent Waves - $8 Moving Pictures - $8 Exit Stage Left - $8 Signals - $4 Grace Under Pressure - $5
  14. It's Witch Hunt for me, but The Enemy Within is a close second.
  15. My friend has this Rush cloth poster/flag/whatever it is (pictured below) and I wanted to buy one for myself. I tried numerous different google searches, but I couldn't find anything similar to it. http://i.imgur.com/5BdhbnJ.jpg
  16. I don't think I can come up with just ten. Most of their first album, Making Memories, In the End, Side 2 of 2112, Circumstances, Different Strings, Witch Hunt, Vital Signs, most of Grace Under Pressure, and a ton of other songs that aren't coming to mind right now.
